Bunnykins History
Over 70 years ago Barbara Vernon Bailey, the daughter of Royal Doulton's general manager began sketching the first Bunnykin designs inspired by her father's bedtime stories of foxes and rabbits. She later joined the Augustine Order and took the name Sister Mary Barbara. Her original sketches would become Bunnykins designs on the nurseryware we know and love today.
